Hi, it’s Steve from PartSelect. Today we’re
going to show you how to change the light bulb on your refrigerator. It’s a really
easy job; all we’re going to need is a quarter inch nut driver. Let me show you how we do
it. Now to replace the light bulb in this model
first thing we’ll do is open the door and clear off the top crisper shelf. There’s a single quarter inch hex head screw
right at the bottom of the light cover, we need to remove that. The light cover should
hinge away but you may find you have to grasp it at the back where there is an opening and
lift up on it. There is a little catch on the bottom and then there is a ridge along
the top that snaps down into place. Once we have the cover removed simply grasp
the old bulb, turn it out. Simply take the new bulb, fit it into the
socket, turn it snug, and then we’ll reinstall the cover. Make sure we snap the top portion of it down
into place, and secure it with the single quarter inch screw, and our repair is complete. Told you it was an easy job. Thanks for watching,
and good luck with your repair.
