I have been at Waukesha
Memorial Hospital for six years. I got interviews with
five different hospitals and I chose ProHealth Care because most of the other facilities were telling me that I was going to spend a lot of time doing one
thing on one shift, nights. And ProHealth Care offered
me an opportunity to come and have a little more
diversity in what I do. The department that I work
in, which is pharmacy, from day one, ProHealth
Care’s been really good about making sure that I’m
comfortable in my role. Part of my role is being able
to step in wherever needed. I’m one of the techs that,
no matter what the situation, I can cover two positions, possibly. I can be asked to move around or work two hours in this position, two hours in another position. Flexibility gives me variety. Flexibility gives ProHealth Care an employee that can be a utility player.
